Do you provide the alcohol?

Clients provide all alcohol. We provide a complimentary alcohol shopping list based on your guest count and drink menu. A detailed list for mixers, garnishes, ice, and other bar ingredients is available for an additional fee.

Can you serve mocktails?

Yes! We can provide bartending service for alcohol-free events. Choose from our signature mocktails or let us know which drinks you’d like served.

What is included with bartending service?

Your bartender brings standard bar tools, including shakers, bottle and wine openers, a muddler, a pour mat, a cutting board, and a paring knife. Beverage napkins and drinking straws are also included.

Portable bars, garnishes, coolers, ice, clear disposable cups, and non-alcoholic mixers and soda are available for an additional fee.

Can you provide a portable bar?

Yes, portable bars are available for an additional fee. Each bar accommodates one bartender, with additional space needed behind it for coolers and supplies.

We recommend an 8-by-8-foot area for one bartender or a 16-by-8-foot area for two bartenders. If space is limited, let us know so we can discuss a setup that fits your venue.

Is there a minimum booking time?

Weekend events require a minimum of 3 hours of bartending service. Weekday events require a minimum of 1 hour.

These minimums apply to bartending service hours only. Setup and cleanup take place outside those hours.

What do your bartenders wear?

Our usual attire is a black dress shirt or polo with black slacks. For casual or themed events, we can discuss attire that fits your celebration, such as a Hawaiian shirt for a luau.

What certifications and insurance do you carry?

We can provide a bartending certificate and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification if your venue requests them.

We carry general and liquor liability insurance with coverage of $1 million and a $2 million aggregate limit. If your venue has specific insurance requirements, contact us to discuss them. An additional-insured certificate is available at no additional cost.
